The MAAM Empowerment Foundation began with a simple act of kindness. In July 2022, our team visited the Power of Love Foundation Ghana Orphanage. During that visit we contributed outdoor sports equipment and other essential consumables to support the well-being and recreational activities of the children. That day showed us something powerful – by tackling the underlying cause of the resource gap and working towards equitable distribution, MAAM Foundation and its partners can foster positive change and improve the basic needs of life for children who need it most.
Who We Are
Based in Adenta, Accra, Ghana, MAAM Empowerment Foundation identifies, inspires and empowers people from less endowed environments – orphanages, borstal institutes, slums and rural communities – to discover their capacities and become global champions and impact makers. We work through three human passions that open doors: education, entertainment and sport.
